Hi, I’m Marley—the artist behind Houndmade.

I work with clay, canvas, and everything in between. Houndmade is my home for handcrafted works that embrace the imperfect, the earthy, and the heartfelt. From wheel-thrown pottery to painted pieces and odd little creations that defy category, everything here is made by hand (usually with my basset hound supervising from the corner of the studio).

Houndmade is named in honor of my long-eared, soulful-eyed mascot who reminds me daily that slow and steady is still a valid pace. She’s also a good listener, even if she sleeps through most of what I say.
